The Client

Anybiz is a lead generation platform powered by AI agents that automate outbound prospecting for SMBs in the US and globally. It was launched as a new business unit by Warmy, a leading email warmup provider with 100+ employees across 9 countries, including the US, Israel, Poland and Ukraine.

The Challenge

Anybiz launched with strong initial demand but faced two key growth challenges: lower-than-expected conversion rates and elevated client churn. Without addressing these, scaling efficiently would be difficult.

The Solution

B12 stepped in to diagnose the problem from both a go-to-market and product perspective.

On the GTM side, we mapped the client journey to uncover where deals dropped off and where retention broke down. We also studied competitors and identified untapped market segments.

On the product side, we dug into usage data, user flows, and client feedback to pinpoint friction points, missing features, and usability gaps.

We then delivered a three-part remedy plan:

  • GTM Optimization: We refined their messaging, improved sales call scripts, smoothed the buyer journey, introduced channel partnerships, and proposed a new pricing model.
  • Product-Market Fit Enhancements: We outlined high-impact features to boost daily user value and presented two product paths: one building on their current stack, and one starting fresh.
  • Organizational Upgrades: We recommended strengthening the Customer Success, Product, and QA functions, and introduced specific OKRs for each team to support alignment and accountability.

The Results

Warmy chose to fully relaunch the Anybiz product using our recommendations. Within 6 months:

  • ARR 10X-ed
  • Close rates nearly doubled
  • Retention improved more than 3x

Following this, Warmy decided to fully spin-off AnyBiz, which is not an independent company - a serious player in the AI lead generation space, with a solid foundation for continued growth.
